What the R700H PRO is for

What you will need
You need a compatible DECT base station, because the handset does not connect to the network on its own and no base station is included. Gigaset's datasheet recommends it for the N670IP PRO and N510IP PRO single-cell systems and the N870IP PRO and N720IP PRO multicell systems, and says it also works with GAP and CAT-iq compatible base stations. For Microsoft Teams calling, Gigaset says the handset must be connected to one of its newer single-cell or multicell systems that it names as the N610 IP PRO, N670 IP PRO, N870 IP PRO or N870E IP PRO. Some functions depend on the base station, PBX or provider. No. It is a handset with a charging cradle and power adapter. You need a compatible DECT base station to register it to.
Can I use the R700H PRO with Microsoft Teams?
Gigaset says Teams calling is possible when the handset is connected to one of the newer Gigaset base stations it names: N610 IP PRO, N670 IP PRO, N870 IP PRO or N870E IP PRO. Call us if you are unsure about your set-up.
